FoP

first night
friday was brilliant. after school, took cab down to indoor stadium with cherie, char and her two friends. the taxi uncle so nice. haha. so anyways, kelly couldnt go la, cos she had something else on. when we reached we squeezed our way through the crowd cos ian and yingen queued for us already. so ahha. we managed to get seats la in the end. and san also came! :D all the songs were great and the energy level was ultra high! although most of the people there went straight from school. the sermon given by Rev Dye was really good. he's a great preacher and he's a gift from God. he's really got the gift. :) overall it was quite good for a first experience. : ) and i also broke down a bit. God really touched my heart that night and the Holy Spirit filled within me. i realised how much i really needed God. :) and how blessed i am to be able to attend such a great event. we really shouldnt take FoP for granted. and i want to thank grace for introducing it to me! :D

second night
well that night, or rather, day cos mariko and i queued from like 3 or 3.30. mariko very kindly agreed to go with me and queue up with me. i successfully persuaded her to go. ahah.but anyway, yeah. we took mrt there and we were playing bingo on the train. and i kept beating her. ha! so anyway. we dropped at kallang mrt and we sorta walked there but kinda lost our way la. and the queue, well it was quite ok la. considering we were quite late. haha. yepp. so we waited. and waited. and waited. and mariko kept running off to buy coke. and leaving me there to queue alone. so anyway. i found out about organisers of the event from this guy called darren. he was queuing behind us. and he was talking to his friend so i asked him. i cant wait for next year's la gonna be organised by new creation! mellow's church.:) i'm hoping it'll be better than this year's although this years one was great. i hope and pray that pastor prince will be preaching next year. we stayed not for long la. cos mariko had to go then i didnt really feel like staying alone. so i left with her. left quite early. ): all that queuing up for nothing. but they basically had the same program i guess.

third night
wow. which is tonight. woah. like really. kelly and i queued from like 2 after church. we waited for quite a while. i was super bored cos i had nothing to do. sigh. so then later yihui and cherie joined us and very nicely bought chicken for us! :D from cold storage. super ex! so anyways. mariko also came cos i dunno. probably felt it was superb last night. yeah she came. and then after a while ian joined us with drinks! he bought ice lemon tea. and we met christine ong there. oh and stef chua. yeah it was quite a big group. and we waited for really really long. and finally we moved in! and the seat finding was a problem cos cherie wanted to sit opp the stage but the rest of us wanted closer seats. so anyway. we found seats and sat down. yes. haha. then later marcus and family joined us, a few other friends including ying, dani and bimb. aahha. we had to save like so many seats and i bet the ushers were super mad at us la. ahha. so yeah. and tonight was truly a God-centered night. i really broke down, like real bad and just cried and cried and cried. God really touched my heart and its really an experience la. :) then ying and dani were there to like comfort me and stuff. yayness. thank you! but then after that we went really high and happy and started jumping at every single song. haha. yepp. and i shall go to sleep now because i'm awfully tired.
